Sadly it grades low as it has bends tears water damage Rusty Staples the cover is detached from the top staple it has writing on the back foxing at the edges it is a bit dingy dirty Dusty or musty as to be expected from an item that is more than 60 years old and other defects. I would call it around a 3.0 gd/vg out of 10 condition. See pics and judge for yourself before purchasing as grading is subjective.
