David Wellington Bateman led a sort of cowboy-ish lifestyle and moved around frequently. David met capitalist Jacob Switzer and in 1890 began their venture at 206 Central Avenue in Great Falls, Montana with Switzer acting as a silent partner and Bateman running the day to day operations. Only minor signs of wear or handling consistent with its age. Expected fold creases from posting. No major unexpected stains, tears, holes, folds, creases orpaper loss.
