It is a 1983 Japanese animated action film based on the manga series Golgo 13 by Takao Saito. The film was released by Toho-Towa on May 28, 1983.Beautiful close-up image of Laura Dawson when she was playing piano. A11 cel. Also comes with unstuck non-matching hand-painted production background as shown. Background might be from this movie, but not confirmed. Cel has some typical traceline fade and some other signs of aging found in cels of this vintage. Background has some minor creases/wrinkles.
