The pages are included.The item in the photos is the one you will receive so please use them as an aid, in addition to the description, to judge condition. I will not offer any opinions of grade as I am not a professional grader. If you have any questions, need any clarifications, or want some additional photos, please feel free to ask prior to purchase.
