This is one of Junghans 8 day time and strike mantel clocks with the duplex chime. This one chimes the hour on the top of the hour and once on the 1/2 hour. The clock is in descent condition with some finish loss and yellowing to the varnish. There might be a scuff or two but nothing major. The decorative brass cover fell off of the pendulum bob. The cover is decorative and has no effect on the performance of the clock. The clock was wound and allowed to run while it was being listed. It chimed when the hands were cycled. The last service is unknown and it wasn’t tested for accuracy. The clock came from a collection that was in storage and might require some TLC. It’s being sold as found for restoration. It’s a nice clock and priced to sell so don’t miss it!
