PROVENANCE NOTES: This autographed item is from my personal collection which I started accumulating in the 1970s. All of these were purchased from reputable sources such as East Coast Book sales, Harris sale Galleries, Remember When Antiquities, Richard J. Cohen, and Donald Dean of Discovery Gide. I also had a running advertisement throughout the 1980s in PCM (Paper Collectors’ Marketplace) through which I obtained a number of these. None came via or any online source.
