This is an older Beatrix Potter Tom Kitten. He is a porcelain figurine made by Beswick England. This BP2 version Gold Oval marked figurines are highly collectable because of age and difficulty in finding. They were made between 1955 and 1972.

The BP2 colors are generally richer and more detailed than the newer productions. This figurineis about3 1/2 inches tall 2-1/8" wide, and 1-1/2" deep. This piece has no cracks and no chips. There is some age related crazing. The gold oval and pottery marks are displayed on the bottom.
