The figurine is a bust of Magneto in a zombie form and is made in a 1:8 scale. The brand behind the product is Gentle Giant. The figure will come with box and COA card. There is a tiny piece of his tattered cape that is broken off. I accidently did that when I was taking him out of the box. It is in the back so its not noticeable and like I said the piece that came off was small. Cape seems like it\'s a little fragile.
