THIS CRYSTAL BALL IS IN OK CONDITION, BUT THE PLASTIC DOES HAVE SOME SCRATCHES, A DISCOLORATION SPOT ON THE TOP, 4 OF THE PIECES ON THE BASE ARE BROKEN ON ONE SIDE AND 1 ON THE OTHER SIDE, I BELIEVE THEY WERE USED TO ATTACH TO LEGS OR SOMETHING. WHEN I PUT BATTERIES INSIDE, I WAS NOT ABLE TO GET ANY MOVEMENT OR SOUND OR LIGHT UP, NOT SURE WHERE THE SENSOR IS. DUE TO THAT, HE IS BEING SOLD AS IS. STILL A GREAT DECORTATION TO DISPLAY.
