What a magnificent piece of art !!! Signed Guiseppe Armani\'s porcelain figurine \"The Assumption - 697C\" is approximately 18-1/2 in tall. LIMITED EDITION - 3490 of 5000
The sculpture displays Mary, surrounded by three angels, her hands clasped as in prayer, with her eyes open and head tilted as if she is looking up to heaven in prayer!! The belief in faith, love and GOD is felt when looking into her face and eyes!!! Such a warm and calming presence. What a exquisite piece of art. The attention to detail is beyond imagination, from the fingers of Mary in prayer, to the angels eyes as if they were glass!! The attention given to her dress, the shadowing, coloring and the deep, emerald green cape is rich in color and blends magnificently to her dress. The dress, amazing!! Has shadowing and coloring in natural colors. The attention he gave to the creases and folds of the dress with the different coloring. I cannot say enough about this piece.
This will be a magnificent piece of Art to anyone\'s collection of porcelain figurines. With the holidays approaching, what a great gift to give someone who truly believes in their faith. What comfort one gets while staring at this piece.
We have the original box, Styrofoam, and COA. The box with the figurine will be placed inside another shipping box for safer travels. It will be filled with shipping noodles and the shipping box will have numerous RED FRAGILE stickers all over the box. It will also be insured. We are downsizing and the room that we had originally thought to build never happened, so all of our figurines have never been displayed.
