Sadly it grades low as it has bends tears water damage a bookstore stamp on the front flaking at the edges of the cover and all of the pages the spine was split all the way down and has been partially repaired but as the pages are flaking it is very delicate still readable but small pieces will flake off while you read it and other defects. I would call it around a 1.0 fr out of 10 condition I would grade it lower except it\'s still completely readable. See pics and judge for yourself before purchasing as grading is subjective.
