For sale is a GE aka General Electric open caged fan. It has 4 blades that are on the sharper end, which is wonderful for the summer heat, or when you’re going to bed at night and can’t sleep because your pillow is too hot.. lol. Be careful and don’t try to touch the blades when this item is on, since it’s open caged and fast moving…. I personally think this fan is best for house decor and don’t use it to cool my house/self down, but I have a couple of times and it certainly does work great for cooling an area. They sure did make things a lot better back than (this fan is from the 50’s) compared to the stuff they make today, which is why I think items like this fan are a must have and will only go up in value overtime.

Condition: The back part of the fan seems to have a piece that broke off. I didn’t notice till I was taking pictures of it. I don’t think it’s bad, but it is noticeable, but since it’s located on the back side you can’t even tell when displayed. I’ll let you be the judge.

Also this item has some minor scuffs and marks, which is normal for an item from the 50s. I will provide those flaws in the pictures the best I can. No serious damage or anything that would make it not presentable. Last thing to note is 2 of the blades have a very tiny chip mark that are white in color and will be shown in the pictures.
