Pre-loved SANTON de PROVENCE terracotta clay figure of a woman! This piece of folk art is about 9\" tall and weighs about 6 ounces.The details are amazing -- from the lace of her bonnet to the braiding of her handiwork! The clothing is real, thick, and well tailored for the figure. The painting on the piece is so impressive! She has sustained some damage over the years (shawl staining and the back of one of her shoes has broken -- see photos), though it is not immediately obvious and she still displays well!Please buy gently pre-owned -- your wallet, the planet, and I will thank you!
