Franklin Mint ceramic figure from “The Treasury of Carousel Art”. Figures by William Manns, ceramic on wood base and approx 6.25” tall (including the metal “rod”) and 5.5” wide. No chips or cracks, wood base may have a few scratches as the figure can rotate slightly on the pole. Great is you are trying to complete your collection.
