Charles H. Overly,a graduate of the University of Vermont, founded the studio which bears his name in 1938. He was known for his pencil sketches of architecture, which were sold as prints. The business was later acquired by Jardine Associates.
Let me know if you would like it without the frameI can\'t tell if this is an original or a block print ... block prints are usually numbered and this is not. I would lean to original pencil art.Measures approximately 12 inches x 9 inches ( the print itself without the border) , the frame itself is approximately 12 inches x 15 inches. .
