Sadly it grades low as it has bends tears water damage some mold a musty smell the Staples have rusted through completely so all the pages are detached the spine is split most of the way and other defects. I would call it around a 0.5 pr out of 10 condition. See pics and judge for yourself before purchasing as grading is subjective.
