This is a \"carte postale semi-moderne\" postcard book which has not been posted and is inexcellent to near mint condition.
Inside the book are 18 different divided back postcards from Fort St André. Published in the 1920s by Idéale.

About Shipping:

I try to ship the same day I receive your payment. Same day shipping is free.

What this means is that most days I will put your order in the mailbox the same day if I receive your payment before 12 pm California time.

If your payment is received after 12 pm I will put it in the mailbox it the next day.

If there is a delay in shipping your item I will try contact you. However there may be times when circumstances prevent me from contacting you. In such a case, I will contact you as soon as I can.

There have been a couple of times I made a mistake when mailing an order. The order either came back or arrived postage due. If you receive a postage due notice, please pay it and send me a photo of the receipt or face of the envelope and I will refund that amount. This is a rare occurrence and I strive to be accurate in mailing items. This is FYI so I don\'t expect a repeat performance! Thank you.

About Making an Offer:

I will consider almost all offers received. For sales the starting price is the lowest offer I will accept. For most fixed price items you can make an offer of 99c or more. I will probably decline most offers of the starting offer or lower or any offers of $3.00 or less. If you are making an offer for multiple items I am more likely to accept lower offers. The best way to have your offer accepted is to send me a message with the postcards you want to buy and what you are offering for all of them.

When I respond to offers, I don\'t see who is making the offer right away, so if you make low offers on multiple items, I may decline them without knowing the offer is part of a proposed offer. If you message me with what your proposal is, I\'ll be more likely to accept your offers.

I also might send a counter-offer. This does not mean I am rejecting your offer, it means I am willing to negotiate a mutually acceptable price.

I will try to resolve the problem as soon as I can. When you message me, I will usually reply within 24 hours at most. In your message, please include a description of the problem and, if you can, send a photo as well. If there is damage to the card or it otherwise is not the same as in my listing, please include all details, for example title of the card, why it is different or damaged, any tags or identifying marks and photos. I will try to fix the problem in your favor without the need to use \'s resolution center.

I don\'t accept returns generally. So if you receive the wrong itemmost timesyou will not need to return it.It is important to know that you will have choices in the event of a problem, so I might offer you a replacement of equal or greater value, or a refund.

The time it takes for me to resolve your problem is usually shorter when you message me before you open a case. In general, I can resolve any issues within 2-3 days at most. But you must message me first.

You can choose to go through the Resolution Center and file a claim with , I will always follow rules but the resolution may be non-negotiable and may not be resolved as quickly. The resolution procedure limits my ability and limits the time I have to resolve the problem. You may also be required to return the item before I can replace it.
