- Bellow paper is completely shot
- Bellow tops are fell loose and are removed but included
- Dial is plastic not wood
- One chain has jumped off the chain wheel
- Bellow lift wire is bent all out of shape
- Plastic bird
- Bottom carving is split at the top\\
- Top carving has a chip taken out of a lower leaf
- The plywood used to make the box and roof are separating
