Fish with Eyelashes on Plate Bubbles In Original Sealed Box Glitter Netting Vtg:

These cute chalkware fish are 4” x 3”. They have long eyelashes and red lips. The black plates they are affixed to are 7” across. The plates have white bubbles, silver glitter, blue waves and orange and green netting over green seaweed on them. They are in their original shrink-wrapped box. There is a small hole in the left-side shrink wrap. I think the plates are made of plastic, but I can’t tell for sure. I can see they have hangers attached to the back of the plate.
