DESCRIPTION:Back: “This souvenir post card of the First Manned Hydrogen Balloon Flightcomes to you from the 66thAnnual Exhibition of the Rubber City StampClub, Akron, Ohio, taken from a print in the bibliotheque Nationale in Paris,tinted for added interest.” There is a small essay on the back detailing thehistorical relevance of the discovery of hydrogen. Additionally, there isa cancellation stamp that reads, “RCSC EX STA – Akron – OH” and dated Nov 21985.”

CONDITION:Card was not mailed... Minor corner andedge wear. Light soiling and age tanning. Very Good condition.
