Here is a lovely figurine/small statue in solid brass of 2 cardinals or lovebirds on a branch.
According to the Houston Chronicle newspaper: “Cardinals are lovebirds that usually mate for life.” This figurine is a depiction of sweet fact!
Provenance: Ownership history unknown. The base of the statue has a felt cover. Most likely this figurine was produced by Leonard Silver Mfg. Co./Towle Co. Korea in the 1970’s.
Size: This piece stands approximately 6½” high and measures approximately 7¾” This figurine is in excellent vintage condition with no cracks, breaks, or repairs. It features a gorgeous, rich natural patina.
