Sadly it grades low as it has bends tears water damage a musty smell writing on the front that is hard to photograph scissor cuts on some pages one page has a chunk cut out that takes out a couple word bubbles on both side and other defects. I would call it around a 1.0 fr out of 10 condition. See pics and judge for yourself before purchasing as grading is subjective.
