Condition as shown in the photos is considered Fair. The print on the cover has some rub off and fading. IMPORTANT - back cover has scribble marks from old ink - see photo. This binder has age and use, rub and scuff, soiling and marks. Please view photos to be sure you are ok with all before buying. It is being sold \"as is\" as was found.
