This is a pocket watch size gambling devicethat appears to be a standard size pocket watch with a dial but with a singlehand, a stem, and a watch chain top ring. These devices are made with differentfaces for different gambling games. The dial face appears to be a typicalwatch face, but upon close inspection is a clear coating over a printedbackground. The domed watch crown is clear plastic with naturally occurring lightsurface scratches from pocket wear.
