If graded, I'd say this book is a 8.0/8.5 or better. Front cover has a few very small spine ticks, small scuff mark on spine near bottom staple, top left hand corner has a small "ding", small denting spots/indented lines (hard to see - more noticeable under light/certain angles), and some wear around edges - including very small corner folds (top and bottom/right hand side), two denting spots along top edge (see pics), and two micro chips + a small tear along the right edge of cover (see pic- took pic from inside front cover). Back cover has a few small spine ticks, some light scuffing, and some wear around edges- including a couple of micro chips/micro tears along top edge, scuffing and some light staining along top edge, creasing/folding along top edge (see pics), small fold/crease in top left hand corner, small corner fold/crease line in bottom left hand corner, and light creasing/folding along left edge. Inside pages are complete/attached - general wear for age/grade.
