Here we have an exquisite vintage Navajo silver necklace. This is a unique, dimensional trapezoid shaped pendant with many interesting attributes! It’s elongated, as it hangs vertically. Its handcarved sides and top have a thick beveled border that beautifully frame the raised inlay Coral section of the pendant! It has a large bail with a generous ¼” opening which will easily accommodate a necklace you may already have. But it does come with this pretty 18” silver chain. Coral holds symbolic and cultural significance among different Native American tribes. It is associated with protection, healing, and good fortune. Additionally, coral is believed to have spiritual properties and is used in various ceremonies and rituals. Sterling silver, marked. Signed by Navajo artist, SP.
