Falls City Brewing Lager Beer Factory Waterfall Preproh Tray KY HOLY GRAIL

Very rare and seldom seen tray, a Kentucky Holy Grail! This is not the plentiful 1975 anniversary tray but instead the original 1905 tray that do not turn up that often. This interesting tray is titled “LIFE SAVER” which implies Falls City Lager Beer is a fix-all that will get the consumer out of trouble. The tray depicts an oarsman, apparently a river patrol launched from the small island in the foreground, patrolling the area upstream of a waterfall. He is at the ready to intercept and save boaters or swimmers who carelessly venture too close to the waterfall. Rising sunburst in background illuminates the brewery factory and water scene with morning sun. Condition is accurately depicted in the photos, there are no hidden or obscured marks or dings. The tray is straight and smooth. The surface has a slight sheen through the crazing and the paint is very stable; strong colors and solid display. About 13 inches in diameter. All original.
