PURE WOOL HOTEL BLANKETHOTEL McALPINANTIQUE69\" X 57\"EXCELLENT CONDITION Offering this antique pure wool blanket. It was used at the McAlpin Hotel which opened its doors in the 1910\'s in Manhattan. At the time it was the largest hotel in the world and comparable to the Waldorf-Astoria. The blanket measures 69\" X 57\". Nice burgundy/rust orange color with the hotel logo in the middle as seen. A touch of the label remains, but I can\'t tell the origin of manufacture. Most likely from England. The blanket is in great condition for its age. I believe the blanket was from the same time that the hotel opened its doors over a century ago. Edges are decent and there are no holes that I can see.
