Up for sale is this Lot of 2 Exquisite Antique Vintage Japanese Hand Painted Geisha Girls Cups & Saucers Sets RARE.All 4 dishes beautifully decorated with hand painted, over the rufled surface, images of geishas wearing traditional robes, plants, nature scenes etc. Red, green, turquoise and golden colors are bright and vibrant. Rufled egg shell thin body and scalloped rim. The Cup is approx. 2\" tall and 3-3/4\" in diameter at the top. The saucer is approx. 5-1/2\" in diameter. All 4 items nicely marked on the bottom. The stand is not included.Great Vintage Preowned Condition with signs of use. One tiny paint flake on one of the saucers. No chips or cracks. I don\'t think it was ever used other than for display.I\'m not sure about the age or manufacturer. Will appreciate any information on this items, based on marks.Great addition to your collection.
