This is the nicest pair of spelter metal shakers I\'ve ever found, surprising because these often don\'t age well and the soft metal bends and breaks easily. In excellent original condition without any significant damage, only minor handling wear consistent with age. The birds are marked on the underside of each tail with a shield, but I can\'t make out any writing and am unsure who manufactured them. They are done in a harder to find gold tone with a verdigris look in the lower parts - this might be from a time someone polished them, it might be original. They stand 4\" tall and about 6-1/2\" long. The casting is super-detailed, too, top and bottom.

Fed Ex Ground is used for heavier and larger items and is ONLY available to residents in the Lower 48, and not for Alaska, Hawaii, or APOs.

SHIPPING MATERIALS: I pack simply with quality materials to ensure safe arrival of your purchase. Typically, you\'ll find your item gently wrapped in paper sans tape, surrounded by lots of loose-fill popcorn to absorb shock during transit. Styrene loose fill is expensive but it works; please consider reusing it or passing it on to another seller for recycling.
