The Wahl-eversharp for your consideration here is a fine example. The pen set is in EXCELLENT condition, comes with its original EVERSHARP LEATHER GIFTBOX, paper, guarantee & EVERSHARP LEADS, in EXCELLENT condition. The pen is in stunning DING-FREE DELUXE 1/10 14K GOLD FILLED ART-DECO BODY & CAP. On the pocket clip is a ‘DOUBLE TICK’ emblem, representing Eversharp lifetime warranty. At the back of the cap ring is ‘EVERSHARP SKYLINE PAT. MADE IN U.S.A.’ embossed. On the cap and barrel all embossed ‘1/10 14K Y.G.F.’. The pen bears a Eversharp 14ct solid gold nib in excellent condition. The pen bears a lever-filling system, and new sac is fitted; and the pencil is also in working condition. The pen set has been serviced. This Eversharp is a classic elegance and has been produced to the highest standards of craftsmanship. This would make an excellent gift to treat yourself or for someone special. The Wahl Eversharp was founded as pens manufacturer in 1917, but in reality the company was founded in 1914 when the Wahl Adding Machine decided to expand and spearhead the first in the world of mechanical pencils, and then what of fountain pen. The company continued its activity until the crisis of the ’50s. Activities stopped in 1957, when the division which produced the pens was bought by Parker. Wahl Eversharp has not distinguished itself in the fountain pens history for turning point technical innovations it has always produced very high quality pens of the best level. The characteristic for which the Eversharp has shone in fact was the design, producing, at the apex of his success, some of the most beautiful pens ever made and distinguished by the wonderful achievements in Art Deco style.
