Berlin Batman, script and art by Paul Pope. Due to questionable content in the Kyle Baker story, most copies were destroyed by DC. Wikipedia states that "estimates of available copies range between 700 and 2000." The story went on to earn two Eisner Awards and was republished in Bizarro Comics. 100 pgs., full color. $7.99.
