HandcraftedVintage Early 1900\'s Systeme Roskopf Watchencased in wood to look like aSmall Drop Octagon Schoolhouse ClockThis is a curious, whimsical, rare and unique Systeme Roskopf watch that somebody encased in hand made woodto make it look like a small drop octagon schoolhouse clock with a pendulum.I got it 25 years ago in a flea market in Guadalajara, Mexico.The small plaque shows the date 7-29-917There are some letters carved in metal, see picture.It comes inside a wooden box that holds the watch, with imitation wall paper.It is a side winding watch withtwo winding stems.It is not working, and the pendulum is only for decoration.The hinges are loose.It shows signs of ageingIt is sold \"as is\".
