DESCRIPTION:EX RARE Old Original FAITHFUL FRIEND Sample Cigar Label - JOHNS & CO. LITHO.
SIZE: Measures approximately 6 x 7 3/4 inches
CONDITION: Please look closely at high resolution scans for condition. This beautiful, extremely rare sample label has been trimmed slightly; has some light creasing, light edge and corner wear. It has two sets of small holes along left edge from staples and being in a salesman\'s sample book. It has been graded in very fine (VF 6) condition and has been put into an archival protective holder.Guaranteed old and original. We have been collecting these artistically beautiful pieces of American history for over 30 years. Most pieces were printed in the late 1800\'s and early 1900\'s when cigar smoking was the rage and a lot of both talent, and money went into the designing of a label in hopes that it would make the product stand out against all the others.
