This listing is for an Inge-Glas seagull and lighthouse ornament, made in Germany, 2.5” tall, in great used condition. It was purchased in a lot of ornaments last year. It’s ready to go to a new home.

They will be properly packed as per the USPS’s requirements for insured mail, with bubble wrap and at least an inch of packing materials surrounding fragile items.

I'm adding this to my listings because people seem to think that they can just demand a partial refund without returning the item, or mentioning that they are withholding leaving response until they receive a response for an expected partial refund. These are violations of 's return and response policies, and will be reported to . I understand that there are times when I make a mistake, but it is up to the seller to offer the option of a partial refund in lieu of a return. You are expected to return the item if it is not as described.

My return policy is this: returns are only for items significantly not as described. In the 20 plus years that I've been buying and selling on , I've never sent an item back to a seller because I changed my mind. My indecision isn't the seller's responsibility, and I would never put it off on the seller if something that was properly described doesn't live up to my expectations. It is not the seller's fault if is collecting taxes, and the sellers are actually paying PayPal fees on that sales tax cost because it is part of the gross payment, even if it is reverted back to .
