Charles R. McClenning has been designing and creating his whole life but is new to the ESC Company\'s family of wonderful designers. His creations are full of soul and have a wonderful vintage/distressed patina.Originally made using paper clay; manufactured in resin with none of the wonderful details lost.

The finish including the attributes of texture,coloration, and the hand-painting of the piece is meant to have a somewhat distressed or imperfect look, so the crackled finish, any lumps & bumps, pits, uneven lines, fading, scuffs, uneven color, etc are intentional and are part of the figurines\' aesthetic and charm.
