This beautiful embossed postcard contains Easter greetings from a mother to her (supposed) son who is apparently away somewhere. The postcard is from Yea and was written on 10/4/1911. This is a great addition to your vintage postcard collection. If you are anything like me you love deciphering the handwriting and reading the notes and messages on cards such as this albeit I often feel like I am a bit of an intruder by reading them, however, I read them with great respect and genuine interest which I am sure you will also do. The other thing that I love about vintage cards is the actual handwriting. The caligraphy is very often a work of art within itself!
