This artwork realized by the Italian artist Domenico Mazzone (Rutigliano, Bari,1927-1999)

Domenico Mazzone was a great artist who became an American citizen during the 1970's. He was given the nomination of sculpture instructor at the United Nations International School of New York; during those years he portrayed famous people such as Lady Diana, Mother Teresa of Calcutta and Frank Sinatra. American critics have called him on several occasions Master of sorrow, despite a wide range of human feelings are represented in his works: pain, happiness, tenderness and serenity.
