Dog Gordon Setter Club Field Trials, 1890s Antique Print & Article:

Rare original antiqueprint from an 1890s French illustrated journal. It depicts a scene in the Field Trials of the Gordon Setter Club. A 17-inch article starts above the print and ends on the back, describing the event. The French article can easily be translated online for free from a cell phone picture of the text.

The print is very large (folio size), measuring approximately 10.5 x 14.5 inches (26.5 x 36.5 cm). The picture fills about half the page and measures about9 x 6.25inches, with a Frenchcaption below and unrelated text around it. The text could easily be trimmed before framing, or hidden under a window mat.

The page has light fox marks in the outer white margin area. It does not cross into the picture area. There is text/photos on the back of the print. See scan for an accurate view of the condition.
