Comes with an open box as I did put this up in my office, and boy what a conversation piece it became! It\'s in 100% working condition (with clean batter case) and all the LEDs light up. Includes the unopened/unused break through sticker and instructions (with mounting hardware). It\'s a whopping 11” diameter x 5.5”.
