This rare Disney SNOW WHITE & SEVEN DWARFS Hand-Painted CRUMMLES Enamel Trinket Box is a must-have for any Disney fan and collector. This beautiful little hand-painted box features artwork of Snow White and her forest friends on the top, with charming renditions of all Seven Dwarfs on the side of the box. Inside the box is a cute little illustration of a basket filled with apples. It is a wonderful little Disney collectible and sure to be a favorite in your special trinket box collection.
PLEASE NOTE: There appear to be a few small specs near the bottom of the lid on the box. (Below Snow White and the animals) I thought maybe those were just specs, so I took a soft cloth and tried to rub them off. But they appear to be little dots/specs. There are a few on the side as well. Not sure if they were from the hand painting cause they look like small paint specs. Or little pieces of glitter.
At any rate, they do not hinder the beauty of the piece.
The piece was displayed one Christmas in a glass-top curio table with other trinket and enamel boxes. Then it was packaged up in its designer box and stored until I took pictures for this sale. So though it was created some twenty years ago, I would say it is barely used. It definitely has the look of a classic vintage enamel box.
