Rare Batman Book! DC Comics 1948
This is a moderately worn copy of a rare Batman book, but it still presents well. Cover colors are still vibrant and the cover is still attached. Front cover has edge & spine tears to 1\", creases, 1/2\" chip bottom right corner, small stains, light soiling/scuffing, and pencil writing mid-page and in D of Detective on title. The back cover is in good shape with just small tears to 1/4\", small stains, light soiling and small creases. The cover and centerfold are attached at both staples, and spine is rolled some at the bottom. Interior pages are in good shape, with small tears on the centerfold. This book is complete and I could not detect any signs of restoration. PLEASE take a close look at the photographs and assess the condition yourself before purchasing.
Shipping:Raw comic books are either sent in Gemini mailers (or similar) or sandwiched between sturdy thick cardboard pieces. Comic books are firmly attached to cardboard with blue painter\'s tape to ensure they stay put in transit and to make it easier for the buyer to unpack. Orders of up to 1 pound are shipped via USPS first-class mail. Orders over 1 pound are sent priority mail (note that comic books cannot be sent media mail per USPS regulations). All slabs are double boxed with ample packing material.
Returns:Returnsavailable for most raw comic books. I do not generally accept returnsfor graded books, but there are exceptions - I will accept a returnif there is a defect in the slab due to CGC encasing or if the bookis damaged during transit.
