From Department 56\'s Original Snow Village collection.
* Brown wooden rural church with sloped roof and white trim.
* Attaches front steps and bell tower (without bell) are fragile.
*** All Department 56 items are very FRAGILE. Please take care to only handle by the solid porcelain sections of the building.
** We recently received almost the entire Christmas in the City, Alpine Village, North Pole, Disney Parks Village series and other Dept 56 villages from a former dealer and serious collector who took great pride in her collection. In order to list as many pieces as quickly as possible, we may just show the box/sleeve in the photos. We absolutely promise that all buildings and accessories list are in perfect, working condition with all separate attachments included. For serious buyers, we are more than happy to take pictures of the individual items prior to shipment at the buyer\'s direction.USE & CONDITION

Gentlydisplayed during the Christmas season by a long-time collector. Cleanedwell before returning to its box each year. Then stored in aclimate-controlled, non-smoking area.

Nochips, cracks, or deficits of any type noted.

Lightcord and NEW bulb included.

** Many of the early Snow Village pieces did not have a dedicated box and sleeve with the name of the collection and building on it.

** This building will be shipped in a THICK, inner, Styrofoam box (and well padded to minimize movement during shipping) then placed in a sturdy, cardboard, outer, shipping box.

** COOL FACT: The price sticker on the bottom of this building shows that it was purchased from Bachman\'s Department Store in Minneolapois, MN. Bachman\'s was the birthplace of Department 56.
