Non-smoking home and in original box and sleeves and packaging. Outside sleeve of Pumpkin Stand has some wear due to age of box.

The Pumpkin Stand is in Good Used Condition except the small tree branch on both sides of tree are broken off and the broken spots have been painted dark brown so you cannot see white area.

Everything else about this piece is in good condition with no breaks or chips.
