International Shipping

All items purchased are valued at the price paid and ship as merchandise to an International Shipping hub. International Shipping offers both Duties Delivered Unpaid (DDU) and Duties Delivered Paid (DDP) options to buyers. Currently, the option to be used is predefined for every transaction based on the item price, item weight, and buyer shipping country. Later this year, International Shipping will enable buyers to choose how they prefer to have their shipment cleared through customs — using DDP or DDU.

All International return inquiries need to be directed to \'s International Shipping department.
Domestic returns will vary per item and listing.

Returnable

If requesting to return undamaged returnable item:
1.) Buyer/Seller responsibility for shipping costs varies depending on the item & reason for return.
