Department 56 Halloween Village “The Black Cat Flat“ (Pre-owned), plus two accessory pieces (See Description and Photos)

Department 56 Black Cat Flat. It comes from my collection, but I no longer have room to display it. It is in excellent used condition, no chips or cracks. The box has very minor shelf wear, and the styrofoam is a little discolored on one side of seam. The piece has been displayed only minimally. Comes with building and cute Halloween figure. The bag of fall leaves and maple tree appear to be missing. However, the set of 3 trees (see below) are the same style as the missing tree.

Two additional accessories:

1. Autumn Maple Trees (Set of 3) These trees match the original that came with the set. I never used them but they were a store display.

2. Halloween Signs (Set of 3) One is a perfect match to the cat on the roof of the Black Cat Flat. Brand New - Only opened for photos.
