This sale is for a-Dept. 56 Elf The Movie 2017 \" Buddy\'s Apartment \". It is in excellent displayed condition. I have found no chips or cracks. The building stands approx. 8 inches tall x 4 1/2 inches long x 5 inches wide. The light cord is included. The detail is great ,it would be a great addition to your village display. Check out Buddy decorating his apartment with paper snowflakes. It waspurchased from a Dept. 56 collector and has been stored in a smoke free home. The the paper sleeve shows some wear on the edges from age and storage. These boxes and their styrofoam were thinner than the regular Dept. 56 pieces.
