This is for a \"RARE Disney Merry Christmas Village Department 56 Mickey and Minnie Animated Skating Pond\". This comes with a lightweight plastic \"skating pond\", Minnie and Mickey Mouse skating plastic skating figures, four (4) bottle brush \"snow\" covered Christmas trees, Class 2 Power Supply Cord, and original box. This set has been retired by Department 56 and is hard-to-find. Magnets are affixed to the bottom of the figures and an electric mechanism moves inside which allows the figures to \"skate\" around the pond. It\'s very charming and perfect as a Christmas display.
ITEM CONDITION: This set is in good condition. The mechanism was broken, but my husband has taken it apart and replaced the broken part (did a MacGyver), and now if functions properly. The bottle brush Christmas trees need a little help with proper manipulating and bending to fix leaning and smashed sections. The \"skating pond\" shows some scratching to the surface from the magnets repeatedly going around on it. The original box is in rough condition with some tearing to the back of the top lid. PLEASE examine the photos closely as they are part of the description and keep in mind the magnifier shows much more than anyone will ever see.This item is being sold in \"As Is\" condition--NO REFUNDS or RETURNS. (I\'m a small seller-not a Walmart.)
