Used in Dickens time as a place to sell goods to market, market crosses were actually put up as memorial monuments to royalty. Today, this Market Cross would be a familiar sight in the center of roundabouts of old London town. This piece is in excellent condition with no nicks, chips or cracks. Comes packaged in its original Styrofoam with colored sleeve. The Cross is in excellent condition. There is a little wear to the sleeve. Height: 9\"Width: 3\" I use plenty of bubble wrap, to ensure that your purchase arrives in perfect condition.
