Building and house are in excellent condition andIn original packaging and box. The cart has one of the horse bars broken off and the tip of the other one broken off. Pieces are included. (when trying to put the horse under them, they broke). Box has very minor storage wear. Please see pictures for all condition details.
It does not come with the adaptor. Check out the photo of the bottom of box to see what adaptor piece works with this one.
